Please contact your application vendor for an update. Also, the page where you set the print settings is so poorly optimized that when I try to set a page range, it takes a whole minute for the keystrokes to respond.
All in all, it takes me about five minutes to get my notes ready to print just be cause of the bugginess of this app. If the developers would just fix this one issue, I would update my review to five stars. There should also be an option to "print a range of pages" rather than only having "print this page" and "print all. I know this is a work in progress, I know this has been requested for quite a while, My personal opinion is that it was released too soon.
I have used the IOS version in our business and personal lives for several years and absolutely couldn't be without it. I have tried several and a couple come close but still just don'e meet up for my needs. I was a participant in the beta version of the Mac and was extremely surprised whrn they said they were releaing it as is. I use the hyperlinks constantly in the IOS version and they are not available at this time in the Mac.
In the beta version I could key text into the Mac version, I find that is missing all together or I haven't been able to locate it. This makes the Mac version worthless to me at this time. For me, this is very constraining. I will definitely hang in there because I know what it is capable of, unfortunately, it just isn't there yet but I know it will get there.
Mac is totally different than IOS is structure so I get it. I would just hate to see you lose some people because they get the Mac and think that's all there is. I love GoodNotes in general, it is the best app I have ever used for note taking. Ive been encountering an issue for the mac app because I'm not able to type my notes for some reason. It would be helpful if that can get fixed soon because I would like to take notes on my Mac app. Besides that, there are a couple of bugs here and there but those have been getting fixed with the updates.
I'm amazed by how well thoguht out this app is. I use it primarily as a tool for teaching and presenting. I import my slides, create new slides and create new lessons. The cross platform capabilities are terrific. I can pick up my Mac and see all the notes I created 2 minutes ago. The only area where this app falls short is graphics.
I wish there was an emoji and graphics library to add to my notes as there is in other apps. But it's a small price to pay.
